Ole B. Hovind. - Chairman Biographical Sketch of Ole B. Hovind. Per Grobstok Mr. Grobstok has an MBA from Washington State University, USA. He is head of a family owned investment company - Service Invest AS - with a portfolio of 100 MNOK. He is chairman/member of several boards of companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, UK and USA. Helge B. Andresen Mr. Andresen has been attorney for The Supreme Court for a number of years. He is a member of several Boards of Directors and chairman of the Board of overseers of Den Norske Bank AS. Ole Einar Brønlund Dr. Brønlund holds a PhD in Aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. Previous experience includes managing director positions for IKOSS in Stuttgart, Andresens Bank, Kreditkassen, Norwegian Petroleum Consultants and several board positions. |
Lars Øberg Mr. Øberg has a Master of Engineering degree in Technical Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology at Trondheim(NTNU). He has broad management experience from research and industry, including from EB and ABB, 10 years as CEO for Iplast ASA and VP of Mikron AG. Lars Øberg currently runs his own business: LOC AS. Marianne Lie Marianne Lie has broad experience from leading positions in a variety of companies , the most recent being Director General in the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. Per Heidenreich Per Heidenreich has been living in the US for more than thirty years. He has broad experience from shipping, logistics and IT. Heidmar Inc., a company he started in 1984, controlled approximately a hundred tankers, a company and an oil terminal in Texas, and employed more than 250 people, when it was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2006. Per Heidenreich was President of the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (NACC) from 2005 to 2007 and has received a several awards including NACC’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001 and Connecticut Maritime Association’s Commodore Award in 2000. |
