As a member of a small dedicated team you will be responsible for software integration with our partners. You will contribute to providing support to our partners, customers and market organization on as needed basis. Your engineering expertise will be challenged in distributed programming, database design/interface and graphical user interfaces. As system engineer, you will also be responsible for installation planning, hardware integration and system configuration and test. You will work in close cooperation with Sonitor's R&D department.
Core Functions
- Understand the customers need and work with team to specify optimal system solutions.
- Work with partners to streamline system integration.
- Improve system documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers and partners installations
Must have:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum five years related software experience.
- Experience with C/C++, C# and Java programming languages.
- Experience and good knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux.
- Good practical skills and understanding of technical systems.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focus, creativity and attention to detail.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel.
Should have:
Experience and good knowledge of:
- Database design.
- Windows/UNIX/Linux Servers and networks.
- System installations in complex buildings.
