Sonitor Technologies, Inc. and Tagnos, Inc. Announce Strategic Marketing

Tagnos, Inc., an enterprise-ready intelligent location-based service provider for healthcare, and Sonitor(R) Technologies, Inc., the leading developer,manufacturer and supplier of a proprietary ultrasound Indoor Positioning System (IPS) and Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS), today announced a strategic alliance to co-market their respective real-time location solutions to healthcare organizations.


Tagnos and Sonitor Technologies will deliver the complete solution in asset-tracking devices, utilizing Sonitor's 100% accurate IPS technology and Tagnos' adaptable, open-design software interface. The companies will coordinate sales and marketing efforts to a variety of healthcare organizations, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The full-service, integrated solution is currently installed at White Memorial Hospital, a 350-bed not-for-profit community hospital in East Los Angeles. Patients are being followed through continuum of care to ensure that they are receiving appropriate care, rapid throughput and keeping families informed during patient stay.
